關於J1 Waiver

我是以交換學生J1的身份過來的，在我的簽證上有two years limitation appliable，但是我不想在國內呆2年再過來。在這裏讀書，我全部是自費的，有銀行收據作證明。我跟我bf準備明年年頭結婚，他是當地美國人。
想問大家，我應該怎麽辦J1 Waiver
聽別人說好像很好辦，是真的嗎？有誰辦過的，前前後後用了多少時間
