great evidence! But I am still sorry that you didn't get your FP done with phone appointment. USCIS is messing the FP system again. However, it is not doing a bad job recently for sending out FP notice letters. So I think it is worthwile to wait for a while for the formal FP notice instead of trying to go against the odd, unless the FP notices take too long to arrive.
