No problem. You can drive your car to Canada and claim this car. Remember, you have to claim everything you want to bring to Canada this time. No thing you can claim after your landing. But you can bring them into canada any time within 5 years.

I don't think you can get everything done within a week. You need apply a SIN first. Your car need inspection as well. But any way, I think everything should be fine with you.
