請幫忙看以下網上485的通知

我九月下旬收到的485 received 通知.隨後馬上打電話給移民中心報告換地址(屬不同的service center).現我查網上的case status,有如下信息:

"Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On October 20, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

請各位有經驗的人幫助我理解這段話.我140上半年批準了(NIW),還沒有打指紋.
