Medical Exam for VSC

I am planning to do the medical exam for my 485 I submitted in Sep (not enough time to get it done before deadline) to VSC. Anyone had similar experience please share how long the grace period VSC usually give to submit the medical exam results back to them from the notice date (Although I am still waiting for the notice).
