name check pending for 3.5 years

Hi, Guys:

I have a painful experience for waiting for FBI name check for I-485 which is pending for 3.5 years.

I have written tons of letters to USCIS. But they never reply.

I went to congressman office. The only thing they did is inquiry.

Has any one has similar experience?

Any suggestions how to deal with this situation.
