Your background qualifies you as an "alien with extraordinary ability". If you do it, try to file two cases (including NIW). If you want to go to a top lab as a postdoctorate, try to apply as early as possible, it could be more difficult than seeking an industrial position. Also, try to do faculty first, you can go to industry any time.
