I am XXX, now working as a XXX at XXX, located at XXX, USA. My annual income is $xxxxx. I would like to invite my mother Mrs XXX, residing at XXX, to visit us in USA for about XXX months, starting from (month) 2005.

The purpose of the visit is for her to see our family as well as tourism within USA. During her visit, she will stay with us at our home, and we will bear all her expenses including the round trip air fare to USA, food, housing, travel within USA, medical insurance and her all other personal expenses.

Providing the following documents:
·Copy of H1B (or J1/F1) approval (Form I-797).
·Copy of Passport, Visa along with I-94.
·Copy of Birth Certificate (if you have).
·Letter of employment.
·Last two salary statements.
·Recent Bank statement (last 3 months).
·Copy of last two years Tax Returns statement –W2form.
