I-485 update

I-485 SEP 26寄到，今天收到如下信息。

"On October 20, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at [phone]."

這是不是說移民局仍在處理I-485? 當時為了趕時間，體檢報告沒有寄。有人知道I-485一般還需要補哪些材料嗎?
