Help on EAD and AP application!

Hi,XDJMs,

I have several questions regarding the application of EAD and AP:

1) what is "Class of Admission" in I-131 Form (application for travel document)? Is it the current status?

2) Can anyone kindly provide a checklist? A copy of I-485 receipt notice, biographic page of passport, I-94 departure card (both sides), current visa stamp, if J-1 holder, waiver result and all the form DS-2019s in addition to the application forms and filing fees are required for EAD and AP? I noticed that no AP is issued to J-1 visa holder, is it Ok for me to apply with only the notice of I-485 receipt and the favorable recommendation letter from US department of States and the I-797 action notice (since the receipt it has been almost two months for the process of my waiver)?

3) I am still in J-1 status. May I transfer to H-1b after the submission of I-485 (submitted before Oct. 1)? I know the consequence of what I will face if it is denied but had no choice. Will the use of AP have any adverse effect on the I-485 process? I want to take it to go back to China for job seeking.
