本人現在高校做博士後，持H1簽證。
1）若果想去公司工作，需要重新申請H1簽證嗎，可以轉用現在的而不占名額嗎？
2）如果現在遞交140申請，那末轉去公司工作會影響該申請嗎？謝謝！
