you can get multiple H1 visa valid unitl your H-1 expired date, not 10 years. If you apply for B visa and use B visa to enter US, You will no longer to work. Not every Canadian PR can get 10 year B visa. I was Canadian PR and got a number of half year or one year, one entry or multiple B visas. I could not get a 10 year B visa until this May in Toronto.

Do not believe that all Canadian PR can always get 10 year B visa. Some time ago, my friend's B visa application was rejected. He is a Canadian PR.
