OPT to H1-B!!!!Thanks!!

Hi,I graduated in May and am working for a company on OPT. The company tried to apply H1-B for me this year, but faild due to the limited quota!!~~~~(I only have a BS degree). My OPT is due in June, so even if the company agrees to apply again for me,there will be a 4 month gap!!! Is there any possiblity that I can work out the gap and still keep the job during the 4 month gap????? Thanks and Looking forward to hearing from you soon!!!!Thanks again!!!!
