I live in Boston. In my original landing destination I put Toronto in paper. Since I cannot land in Quebeq, what are other places I can choose to land in this situation? Buffalo is a bit far.

I will land then make a U turn to US. I hope to come back easily. People say that small ports are more friendly. Some friends recommend a location close to Kingston. Does someone have any suggestions?
