Help:LUD again after approval

I-140 AP on Sept 29, 2005, LUD Oct. 4, 2005, status changed about the approval, and I have received the approval notes and FP note (Oct. 21, 2005). But I found that my I-140 file do LUD again today and no status change. I submitted my I-485 application on Sept. 22, 2005.

Dear Friend: Would you please help me guess why my I-140 file get LUD again today? Thanks a lot.
