The RFE is mainly for ETA750B form which was lack in my priginal petition, also together with other statment of basic requirements like Independent letters, citation, awards etal.It is a 4 pages letter.

I response with ETA750B form, and 4 independent letters from other states and countries.

My experience is the most important is the quality and quantity of reference letters.
