apply visa when in OPT

I am an F-1 in my OPT right now, and I filed for I-485 and AP in Aug 2005. Because of emergency, if I go back to China without AP (no any news yet) and apply for Visa based on my currently status, how big the chance will be to get visa? If my hu*****and (green card) come to apply visa with me, does that help? Thank you very much!
