I-485 was denied

我是在09/29/04月持B1/B2入境美國,雇主在B-1/B-2,I-94卡有效期內申請工作簽證EAD,
I-485 pending ,I-140 was approved on 1/31/2005.I-131 was approved on 02/04/2005 .But I-94 expired on 03/29/2005.

Then on 05/19/2005 I-485 was denied regarding non-compliance by visa screen from the CGFNS for RN .

My due day is 11/10/2005.
I have 3 job offer letters. How can the 3 companies help me ?
or?

1.Go back to my country and apply F1 then come back again?

2.Stay here and wait while they file my paper but the waiting time will be over stay in US.
