10K+ permanent job position (not employer sponsed)

There are two conclusions from my case"
1. Return US with AP, you can still renew or transfering your H-1B visa.
2. Before NIW I-140 approve, you can change your job.

I have seen many peoples are too conservative and are afraid of using AP and change job before the approval of I-140. I have tested both. Be brave, do not let GC defer your career or seeing your mom.
