I do not think so. If you checked all the previous visa bulletin, you will find out that "EMPLOYMENT PREFERENCE VISA AVAILABILTIY" only means the prediction of the next months and remainder of the fiscal year.

Let's wait and see. But I agree with you that we should be united together and speak out.
