if you don't want to transfer your case. My friend's attorney said it was not necessary to do that. And he preferred staying in the same center, just in case that the files got lost during the transfer.

But my other friend who moved from Danver did transfer her case from NSC to VSC. She said VSC was faster. She got her GC too later.
