I have a question about No.3 " Any exception for I485 approval?"
What I know is before the I485 is approved, FBI has to do name check. Senator office can help you to call Immigration Center and FBI, but they can not promise anything. I don't know what is the relation you mentioned in your paragraph. Can the relation break the law or certain rules?
I would like to have your more details in Question No. 3, if you can.
