My I-140 NIW DIY approved today. Glad to share info here:

No LUD after only once in Sep.12,2005
AP Oct.17,2005
Looks like the average processing time for I-140 NIW in VSC is around one and half month, not that bad actually.Now have to start the long long waiting time for I-485.
