My rfe specifically says the State police clearance attached with the list of all states. If yours only requires the local police, I guess you can just check with the local police where you lived. You can search the web by Police Clearance + Location. Surely you will find the phone numbers and the forms.

Your 2nd questions...I don't know. I am also an unfortunate one like you--fp got rejected twice. Still waiting, 1 month so far. Given the retrogression, who knows when. If you get any updates for your case, please share with me.
