quit job between 140 and 485

請問: Can I quit the job after PERM / 140 approval, and re-take the job when visa number is available?
It seems to be a long way to wait for EB2 visa number to appear. Can I change to F2 visa after 140 approval and return to H1b before submitting 485 application?
