USCIS will grant an extension beyond the 6th year if the filing date of a pending or approved labor certification application or a pending or approved EB immigrant petition is 365 days or more prior to the requested employment start date on the H-1B petition.

再看前一天的"優先日期與PERM的PWR" : 4，自己目前的薪水是否與PWR一致

人人都知道LC是基於將來的工作,此工作可以不同於目前的工作,可以是不同的公司,你開始做此工作多半是好幾年後的事,目前的薪水有必要與PWR一致嗎?
不知道"本律師事務所精辦各類勞工應聘"如何精辦的,飯律師15年經驗都在什麽.

拜托了,別到處發這些百讀不通的囈語誤人了.
