補材料大約要等待多久

小妹10月7日上海簽H1B，軟件工程師，因為交的簡曆沒有發表文章的清單而被要求補材料，給了一張淡黃色的紙，說要把帶有發表文章清單的簡曆傳真給領館，然後等他們的電話或email通知。當天下午就傳真給領館，可是等到今天(14日)還是沒有任何通知。原來訂的機票隻好延遲，工作計劃也受到影響。沒有地方可以查status,鬱悶。

如果哪位有過要求補材料的經曆，請分享。不知要等待多久才會被通知再次麵試，另外再次麵試時不知有什麽注意事項。

領館給的紙全文如下：
Dear Applicant:

The US Consulate General, Shanghai is unable to issue your visa today, because we do not have enough information to process your application. Your application has therefore been refused under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, pending additional documentation.

To complete your application, please provide us with the following documents as soon as possible. All material must be in English. We cannot process your application until we have:

( X ) Detailed resume or curriculum vitae (CV), including a list of all publications

Fax this information to 21-6217-2072, to the attention of the "SAO Desk."
Please use this letter as a fax cover sheet.
