I don't think Parolee is a status like F1, H1B, or AOS. And as we have talked about many many time before on this forum, there have been a lot of practical cases and some nice documents to show that using AP won't affect H1B if you are working in the same institute. This includes future H1B transfer and extension.

So what immigrate said is right!
