You will temporarily visit China or move back to China.
If you will move back to China, you have to notify Buffalo to transfer your case to China. Failure to do so could be a reason for rejection. On the other hand there will be no way you can come back to US easily for interview if there will be any or visa stamping.

Do you have enough marks? If you do, marriage doesn't have any negative impact.
