In the I140 form, it says the package is not considered to be accepted until the reviewers check the completeness of the package. I totally see that it could cause a lot problems for those who filed during the last days, including myself (My package was received on 28th. No news yet. My money order has not been cashed either)

I don't think we had a choice, at least we tried.
