parent visit visa

My parents have a multiple entry, 1 year valid B visitor visa. They come to stay for 6 months, and then go back to stay in China for another 4 month. Before the expiration of the visa, the want to come to US again. Will they get admitted? Can they stay in US for another 6 month?
