help on AP

I am filing AP for myself. I have several questions when filing the forms. Please help me if you have experience.

1. A#, is this the number on I-485 receipt that starts with a A?
2. Class of admission,
3. explain how I qualify for an advance parole document, and what circumstances warrants issurance of advance parole
4. supporting document, I was student in USA, and am using H1. Should I include copies of all visa document, passport, and I485 receipt?
