No, not so fast to conclude

Here is the approval email for my I131 case:

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On March 10, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.
=====================================================

Indeed for all other cases , the approval messages were like "This case has been approved.....". But I believe Xaioyuer's case was approved. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
