The regular requirement for an accoutant (or even accounting manager) is a bachelor's degree, your master's degress wouldn't help here in terms of GC application, unless your individual job has specific duties that require a master's training. So you have to use EB3 as your category in regular case.

EB2 and EB3 have no difference on cutoff date and speed in THIS MONTH, but who knows what will happen next? In the months to follow, the difference could show up, and not necessarily that EB2 would be faster than EB3.
