EAD problem

急！

9月底拿到一個job offer，但是8月初遞交的EAD renewal 直到現在還沒有批下來，vermont service center的EAD processing date 是9月16號。

再過1周公司就會把offer收回轉給其他的job applicant。用Fedex給vsc要求expedite但是來信告訴我，我目前的情況不屬於emergent case，並重申3個月後可以申請interim EAD.

我不想這麽消極地把自己的命運放在uscis手上，想嚐試找當地的議員尋求解決。不知道各位有沒有好的見地？
