Is this Finger Print Notice?

I just received I-797, ASC appointment Notice for I485, as following,

".. To process your application, the USCIS must capture your biometrics."

My question: is this a finger print notice?

BTW, I have not recieved any message about my I140 yet. Dose that also mean my I140 have been approved?
