Good to know. Thanks. There was a rumor around that DOS and USCIS committed to reduce GC case waiting time to under 6 months by the end of fiscal year 2005. The ridiculous PD retrogression might be part of it. Now, it is in 2006 fiscal year. USCIS probably realized they hurt too badly those I485 applicants. God help us by helping USCIS stay in reasonable!
