我的問題1是：如果我們不能及時（within reasonable time）把J豁免，USCIS會不會哪一天會把我們的485拒掉？還是他們會事先寄RFE給我們機會補交？
-----I believe you will most likely get an RFE for that. But since I485 will be a long process, you will get your J1 waiver before your case is processed. So once you get your waiver approval, send it to INS ASAP.
問題2：想現在提出advance parole的申請。但是擔心USCIS會不會因為我的J-2還沒有豁免，而將我的AP申請拒掉？

問題3：如果離開美國前沒有拿到AP，回美國用了新的J-2，我自己的485申請會不會被取消？（有律師說case by case）反之，如果拿到AP並在回美國時使用了它，我目前的J-2是否將失效？
------Only H and L visa status are allowed to have dual status, H and AOS (pending I485, adjustment of status). All the other type, you will be considered abandon your I485 if you leave the U.S. without an AP. Besides, you already filed I485, your J2 application will most likely be denied, since you have immigration intention by filing I485 (you have to disclose it in your J2 visa application about your immigration info.)
問題4: 這是最令我擔心的，會不會因為在審查批準我的AP申請時，發現我們的J簽證還沒有豁免（不知道USCIS目前接受我們的485申請是由於沒有發現J沒有豁免，還是發了善心而決定讓我們今後再補交），而把我們兩個人（不僅僅是我自己的）的485都拒掉？如果會這樣，我就不申請AP,而寧願用新的J-2回美，廢了我自己的485。
-----Again, like what I said above, you basically won't have any chance of getting a new J2 visa. You HAVE immigration intention, so J2 won't fit your purpose. Get an AP is your only chance.
