請教怎樣撥打預約打手印的800電話

我想請教各位朋友一個技術問題，真誠地希望能得到您的幫助：

我和丈夫9月遞交了LC-based的EB2類I140和I485申請。現在律師建議我們主動撥打USCIS的
1-800-375-5283號碼預約打手印。我整個上午連續撥打，都隻能進入留言機係統，無法和
reps通話。

我選“1”進入英文主菜單，再選“2”表示cases屬於“已遞交申請”狀態。這時我可以聽
到"If you received a notice to ask you make an appointment with us, please
call back and speak to a customer representative at 8am to 6pm Monday to
Friday.”

請問我是否需要堅持不懈地撥打這個號碼才能和工作人員通上話？一旦進入留言係統，就
標誌沒戲，需要重新撥打了？

請有經驗的朋友指點一下。非常謝謝你的信息！
