關於140+485 pending,要換工作的問題

I-140和I-485(EB-1b)才遞了3個月,現在公司可能要裁員.問過侓師,他說隻要I-485超過183天就可換工作, I-140pending也不受影響.他說的對嗎?謝謝回答!
