她工作簽證還有一年到期，如果工作綠卡（未拿到140，485），婚姻綠卡都沒有下來的話，她必須離開美國嗎？也就是說，即使我有綠卡，她也必須離開嗎，請問哪裏可以查到相關信息？多謝！
