Our 485s were transferred to NYC in last Nov for interview. Some time this May I happened to learn by online ifo that our 485s were received by some center and we might get formal notices by mail. We kept waiting for these notices for months, but they never come. So around Sept 20 I ask my lawyer to check the INS where our case are, unfortunately the officer even don't know where our 485s are! Since then we did not get any notice for interview.

On Sept 30, to my surprise, I got the approval notice by e-mail.
