My friend and I are two of many victims.

My friend heard nothing from Fan after paying the initial deposit and he had to file the case by himself.

I finally decided to give up the initially deposit of $1500 and went for another one. It seems Fan only collects the initial deposit and will not response either through email or phone afterwards, and the only person who will answer you is the secretary. Further, he keeps telling you lies about editing your letters.

Fortunately I changed my lawyer in time and my case was approved smoothly.
