急:mail to csc

I want to mail I-765 to csc.
Any body had mail an express mail(USPS express, Fedex or UPS) to california service center, is this the right place for express mail:
California Service Center
24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2312
Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

or
still mail it to
P.O. Box 10765
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1076

Somebody has experience to share?
