急: no receipt over 2 month

My first I-765 application is to USCIS service center, P.O. Box 10765, Languna Niguel CA 92607-1076.It was by priority mail with tracking number.
According to USPS tracking it was delivered to csc:laguna Niguel, CA 92607 on Aug.6, but until today, I havenot get receipt and the check has not been cashed.
I am so worried. Can someone help me to know why.
I want to make another application, can somebody help me: what is the most secure way to mail it?
