a question on the 3rd time FP

My situation is weird.

485 pending
1st FP code1 June, 2004
2nd FP code2 June, 2005
3rd FP code1 Nov, 2005 (just got the mail from CIS)

Did you have the similar experience of taking the 3rd FP with code1 again? Thanks.
