請問Advance Parole需要多久可以批下來？

各位大俠，請問Advance Parole需要多久可以批下來？J-1還沒有waiver掉，會不會嚴重影響AP的審批？（已經有了DOS的J-1 waiver case number, 並且另外USCIS已經寄來了I-485的receipt notice)。
