I received an email like this:
“On October 5, 2005, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in XXXXXX, XX for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in XXXXXX, XX will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
I actually received my FP notice yesterday afternoon and it already has the FP date in my local office.
Is this just a notice to FP or it means my case has been transferred to local office now?.
It is good or not if the case is transferred to the local office? Thank you very much
FP help plese,
