About a year ago, 30% of cases processed in Buffalo could be finalized in 12 months, 50% in 18 months. But now 30% in 18 months, 50% in 24 moths and will be longer if US backlog policy doesn't change in near future. I don't think any agent (most of them are not laywers) will promise that your case will be processed in one year.
