I agree. My case was hold his hands totally 5 months. I call him many time after he got my all documents 2 months. he told me my case was filed to INS. when I ask him give me the case number, he changed to say he need do more research for my case, or he was looking for people in NIH to write some comments or he ask a american to revise the letter. and so on. he always email me that he will finish my case on next Monday. but he can find all words to say why he did not finish. I had gone to his office 3 times. and never saw him. the person in his office always told you he is in meeting or he was in CA or he was in phone. totally he is a big cheater. do Not trust him any things. he is total 2 person before and after signing your contract with him.
